The role will involve providing technical support to customers of our plugin – Search & Filter Pro.
It requires roughly 16 – 20 hours per week with timing being fairly flexible.
In addition to the above, this is a remote opportunity – perfect for someone who is working from an office or home already.
You will be the first point of contact on our support forums – and act as a filter handling the more basic queries.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of WordPress and the ability to learn how our plugin works with WordPress.
You must be able to problem solve technical questions relating to the integration of Search & Filter with various themes and in various environments.
Development experience is a must, but at base level you must be competent in the core WordPress concepts such as `WP_Query` and the template hierarchy.
Languages & skills required:
- JavaSript / CSS / HTML / PHP – some experience is essential
- WordPress core concepts
- Problem solver
- Excellent command of the English language
