    We are aware some new users are not able to download the plugin as well as other unable to update. We are currently fixing some issues on the server.

    Please download the latest version from Your Account in the meantime.

    Can you let us know when this is fixed?
    Last time I did a manual update all of my settings were erased.

    The notice I’m getting from WP is:
    Download failed. Too many redirects.

    I’ll do that… I’m afraid its a waiting game with our host – there are some rewrites causing really strange behaviour with our update URLs…

    Will update here when I know more.

    I’m getting the message:

    “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized” – Is this the same issue. My licence information is entered correctly and reports as active.

    I’ve tried updating manually before but had problems with permissions. Would like to be able to update through the plugin page if possible.

    We’re still waiting on our host I’m afraid.

    There is absolutely nothing I can do as its a server issue, will update in the week.

    This will be because your license has expired. You would need to renew first. The license is an annual license.
