Dear,

We note the search only works the first time the form is submitted.

URL example after first submission:

http://sistemas.geohidro.com.br/atestado/?sfid=141&_sfm__valor=0+1000000000

From the second submission onwards:

http://sistemas.geohidro.com.br/atestado/?sfid=141

(Note that the form parameters are not being passed in the second submission URL onwards).

This problem is affecting the functioning of our system.
