    Hi, I just purchased a Renew lisence and it says is expired.

    Does it say expired in the Your Account section of our site? I can see the purchase on our system, which says it is active. Can you check again? It may take a while for the license part to update.

    How long ago did you do it (i.e. how long did you wait before looking in the Your Account area)?
