    Hi
    currently when i hit search i receive a page with all results but the page title is the of one of the posts and not a general page title or say the search term in the title
    is it my configuration issue or a theme issue.

    Are you able to send me a live link/URL to your search page so I can take a look?

    It may be your theme doing this, so this might help (or it might not, depending on the theme):

    Did you design this page using Elementor? I do not see the page on the list of All Pages?

    I think your theme is handling it differently. What happens if you DO select Use a Custom template, and use either the search.php or archive.php template?
