    Hi Trevor
    How are you?
    Im running into an issue with the search form for the same website as before, it seems that I cant enter anymore post meta filters in the search and filter form… is there a limit that you know of?
    I have 15
    (you can see it here:

    when I try to add 2 more below ranking international, they dont get saved…

    The chances are that this is a server limitation. PHP has a variable called max_post_vars, and by default that is set to 1000. As you add more fields to any part of WordPress (for example in menus that is Menu Items x options per menu item), they run out quickly and then will not save any new fields or settings. I usually set my sites to have at least 5000, but I have seen sites that need 50,000!!

    The solution varies a lot depending on your hosting.

    you are right, its set at a 1000…
    Do i ask support to change that?

    What type of hosting account do you have and with what host?
