    When I filter my Search Form by custom Taxonomy, don’t save the selected value (when I click to update, the selected value is allways empty).

    This may mean that your server PHP variable max_input_vars is too low. By default it is at 1000 but it often needs to be higher. The Search & Filter System Status report should show the value for you.

    I have change the max_input_vars to 15000 and it don’t save this custom taxonomies include values.
