    Absolutely no indication on the website about how to contact someone – please provide. I have a “pending” renewal – I don’t know whether the renewal has been processed or not. I need to know how to contact someone regarding billing.

    However. There is no payment arrived at this end, so you should first check if you have been billed by whichever payment method you chose to use. If no payment has been made, are you able to start the whole process again? Pending transactions fall off our system after a few days of no progress.
