    Just created my first form (per instructions) and added the function to search by post date.

    The drop-down calendar works. M-S shows at the top of the calendar days, all the days show, but the dialog box for the ‘Months’ is completely white – no text is showing. The arrows advance from one month to another, and the month will show in dialog box above the calendar on the page, but the names of the months do not show on the drop-down calendar.
